I want members to be able to enjoy the use of the graphics and other goodies but I not only need to protect myself, I also have to protect each member who pays for the graphics. You wouldn't want to pay for something only to see it passed around freely to everyone else . So my terms are not only to protect myself but you also. Web Use, this includes Email Stationary Sig Tags Adoptables Web Sets Ebay Templates Online Scrapbooking And other web uses as long as it is not the individual graphic in it's original form. You may crop them or alter them if you need to. You may not put the photos in their original form up for download or pass them around to others freely. You must use them to create something. NOTICE - NEW TERM If you have a site online , personal or business ,and you use my graphics to create your product, you MUST have either a text link or one of my banners displayed on your site in a visible place. It can be on a links or credits page, main page or wherever, but I must be able to find it if I come looking. For many years I have only asked for a credit link on a site and left it up to members to voluntarily give me one. But over the past few months I have surfed around, saw tons of people using the graphics to create things they sell on their business sites and no link or mention of .
