Now it should look something like this.

Now De-select it.
Add a new layer
Set your foreground color to black.

Choose your Draw tool...Freehand..Stroked...line...width 3 ..antialias checked.

Now just draw two curved lines ...similar to the ones below.
If you mess up your line just hit the undo and redraw it till you get one you like.
Also..I have left a small space between these to show you the two lines
but when you draw yours you can make them meet if you want.

OK..now draw two more lines going toward the bottom..like this..

Now select your Paint Brush tool

SRound..Size about 14..hardness = 70
Opacity = 100 ..Step = 25...Density = 100

Now just click once at the end of the first two lines you drew....and also
in the center of where they all meet.

Now Merge visible layers and tube it !!

Also you can make it look like it is angled different by where you draw your lines.

If you want to add a hook at the top..
Add a new layer..this should be layer 3
Go to the layers drop down box and drag layer 3 down to the bottom ..below layer 1.
Make sure layer 3 is active by clicking on it.

Use your Draw tool...Freehand...Line...Width about 5
Draw a small handle at the top.

Now just select it by using the selection tool to draw a box around it..click inside to select it.
Now follow the same steps to add the KPT5 Shapeshifter preset to it.
